Modular solution
Longenesis focuses on developing legitimate ways to promote collaboration between biomedical institutions, patient organizations and research partners by identifying biomedical data from metadata files, by onboarding population cohorts and by engaging new patients in the research. This is achieved through the implementation of a universal toolkit, comprised of three interrelated modules:

An in-house built SaaS digital patient consent management tool that enrols patients into research activities by getting auditable and transferable permissions.

An ecosystem where clinical institutions, patient organizations are connected in consortiums with potential collaboration partners and sponsors to initiate further collaboration.

Digital patient-centric tools to make people aware of their health and to promote proactive involvement in research initiatives.

Longenesis Curator
An interface where anonymized metadata metrics are published, allowing potential partners and sponsors to query datasets by the inclusion/exclusion criteria of the upcoming research and send collaboration requests. Metadata files provide a general overview of patient cohorts without releasing any personal information about the patients to potential collaborators. When a collaboration request is confirmed by both involved parties, the data publisher identifies the patient cohort for further retrospective/prospective research to the extent of patient consent.

Longenesis Themis
Longenesis.Themis Consent management tool is a service ensuring the full cycle of consent registration and management that allows proactive patients onboarding to the research studies, as well as biomedical/clinical data processing, based on the extent of the consent. This tool comes as an API to be integrated into already existing interfaces, or as stand-alone white-labeled web applications.
