With an HQ located in the center of Riga, we work with healthcare institutions in more than 9 countries in the EU and MENA regions, empowering more than 750 000 patients and study participants in 10 disease domains.


We are looking for a full-time Business Development Project Manager to help us coordinate and implement some of our ambitious cross-border growth plans, primarily in Oncology and Cardio-metabolic domains.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

• Work experience as a project manager
• Work experience in the healthcare sector e.g. healthcare providers, government, pharma sector
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Great communication skills
• Fluent spoken and written Latvian and English
• Higher education in a healthcare-related field will be considered an advantage
• Experience with cross-border project management will be considered an advantage

What will you do:

• Lead and coordinate the full project lifecycle - from project inception and proposal preparation to successful implementation and completion
• Ensure sound project finance management (including budget tracking, resource allocation and forecasting)
• Maintain relevant documentation during project development and implementation
• Provide regular updates to the management team on the progress of projects
• Ensure continuous engagement of relevant stakeholders
• Support project related communication and marketing activities
• Follow future trends and solutions in the industry
