Business Development Specialist

With an HQ located in the center of Riga, we work with healthcare institutions in more than 9 countries in the EU, APAC, and MENA regions, empowering more than 400 000 patients and study participants in 10 disease domains.

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist who will work with our key stakeholders and customers, both scaling existing and cultivating new commercial relationships.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Managing the full customer lifecycle - from initial outreach to closing and maintaining relationships with the customer
  • At least 2 years of experience in selling digital solutions to local and international customers
  • Shaping pitch decks and/or proposals to customers based on existing product solutions
  • Excellent communication skills and command of written and spoken English and Latvian
  • Understanding of the digital health/healthcare technologies industry is considered a strong advantage
  • Project management experience is considered a strong advantage

What will you do:

  • Identify, engage and successfully manage healthcare sector stakeholders, including hospitals and pharmaceutical companies across different geographies
  • Develop tailored proposals based on Longenesis solutions for industrial use cases, identify the major issues key stakeholders face, and clearly articulate the value proposition of Longenesis solutions;
  • Assist with planning, structuring, and writing international government-level project and tender applications, while working closely with the rest of the team
  • Work closely with the executive team to plan, develop, and maintain market entry strategies;
  • Contribute to to the development of our products in collaboration with the product team
