Healthcare Solutions Sales Manager
Longenesis, a pioneering digital health startup from Latvia, accelerates the availability of new treatments by leveraging health data effectively across borders. Our suite of digital tools enables patient cohort discovery, engagement, and consent management for life science companies and healthcare institutions.

With an HQ located in the center of Riga, we work with healthcare institutions in more than 9 countries in the EU and MENA regions, empowering more than 850 000 patients and study participants in 10 disease domains.

We are looking for a full-time Healthcare Solutions Sales Manager to help us coordinate and implement some of our ambitious cross-border growth plans with healthcare institutions in Europe (incl. Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania).

Skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Experience working in B2B sales
  • Work experience in the healthcare sector incl. but not limited to healthcare providers, government, Life Science sector (Pharma)
  • Understanding of healthcare market dynamics and decision makers
  • Higher education in Healthcare, Life Sciences or related field
  • Ability to manage several clients simultaneously
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent spoken and written Latvian (or Lithuanian or Estonian) and English
  • Experience in licensing or SaaS sales models can be considered an advantage

What will you do:

  • Generate leads and approach potential clients in the healthcare sector in Europe (incl. Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia)
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets in assigned regions (including Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania).
  • Ensure good communication with current and potential client accounts to identify and execute upsell opportunities
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase the value of Longenesis’s solutions.
  • Work with clients and the product team to continuously identify the client challenges and needs for new product features
  • Provide regular updates to the management team on account progress and industry needs, priorities and interests
  • Ensure continuous engagement of relevant stakeholders
  • Support project related communication and marketing activities
  • Follow future trends and solutions in the industry
