We are looking for a part-time Legal Counsel to help us with all day-to-day legal matters. As we grow, there will also be an opportunity to change it to a full-time role.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

• Work experience as a junior lawyer, assistant to lawyer or similar
• University degree or last year student in law
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
• Fluent spoken and written Latvian and English

What will you do:

• Drafting agreements and other legal documents
• Participating in legal research of new markets
• Assisting the COO with company secretarial matters
• Researching various legal topics, for example, e-consent legislation, GDPR or IP rights
• Administrative support and project management related tasks
